Illuminating Path Within

FAQs
Common Questions
1. How long is each session?
Each session lasts between 60 and 120 minutes, depending on what you need. The exact length is agreed in advance and tailored to your goals, pace, and the depth of work we’re doing together.
Sessions are available both online and face-to-face. Most clients choose to work online for flexibility and comfort, but in-person appointments can be arranged on request. Wherever we meet, all you need is a quiet, private space, a stable connection (for online sessions), and a willingness to show up for yourself.
2. What is NLP and how is it different from traditional therapy?
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) focuses on how your mind processes thoughts, emotions, and language. Unlike traditional therapy, it doesn't dwell on problems — it gently helps you change the patterns that hold you back so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and choice.
3. What is Timeline Therapy® and how does it work?
Timeline Therapy® works with the unconscious mind to help you release stuck emotional energy — such as fear, anger, guilt, or sadness — often without needing to revisit the past in detail. It's a deeply freeing process, especially if you feel weighed down by patterns you can’t explain.
4. Do I need to commit to a full programme straight away?
Not at all. I offer an initial introductory session so we can both see if this approach is the right fit for you. It’s important that you feel safe, supported, and aligned with the process — no pressure, no push.
5. Are package sessions available?
Coaching sessions are priced at £70 per hour.
However, meaningful coaching work typically requires 90–120 minutes. This allows us to go beyond surface-level discussion and combine coaching with practical interventions in the same session.
For this reason, most clients book:
• 90-minute session – £105
• 2-hour session – £140
Shorter 60-minute sessions (£70) are available for focused check-ins or simple, single-issue interventions.
The exact length is agreed in advance based on your goals and the depth of work required.
6. Do I need to bring anything to the session?
No notebooks, no forms — just you, your openness, and a willingness to explore what’s possible. The work is gentle but deep. I’ll guide you through every step.
7. What is the Introductory Session?
Your first session is a gentle, no-pressure introduction — a chance for us to get to know each other and see if working together feels like the right fit.
We’ll talk about:
– What you'd like support with
– Your current challenges or goals
– What you're hoping to get out of the sessions
– How I work, and what tools might be helpful for you
You'll have space to ask any questions, and by the end, you'll have a clearer idea of whether this approach is right for you.
There’s no commitment — after the session, you’re free to say:
✔️ Yes, I’d like to begin
🤍 I need some time to think
✖️ No thank you, this isn’t the right fit
Either way, this session is here to serve you. It’s a calm, supportive starting point.
