Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Asteri Studio, your time is valued — and so is mine. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Cancellations

​

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled session can be rescheduled or refunded with no charge.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, and the full session fee will be due.

Exceptions

​

I understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of genuine emergency or circumstances outside your control (e.g. sudden illness, family emergency), please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to take your situation into account. Repeat cancellations or patterns of late notice may require advance payment for future sessions.

No Shows

​

If you miss your session without giving notice, the full fee will apply.

Payment Terms

​

• Payment may be made via cash, card reader, or bank transfer, either in advance or on the day of your session.

• For certain bookings (e.g. promotional offers, online sessions, or packages), advance payment may be required to confirm your place.

Refunds

​

• Refunds are available only when cancellations are made more than 72 hours in advance.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
